My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. However, there were a few minor issues with the rooms and dining experience that could be improved.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, although they were a bit old-fashioned with old carpets. There were a few missed pieces of trash, presumably from previous guests. Despite this, the amenities were good, but the soundproofing to the corridor was not the best.

The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were very friendly and helpful, others, particularly the receptionists, were rude and didn't want to answer questions. However, they did set us up with an excellent city tour.

The location of the hotel was very nice, not far from downtown San Jose with easy access by bus or taxi. The staff, especially Andrey the night auditor, was extremely helpful in addressing our room issue.

The dining experience was a highlight, with a fantastic breakfast every morning. The variety of fresh fruit, homemade breads, and made-to-order omelettes was impressive. However, it would be great to have more options aside from scrambled eggs every day.
